Things you should know: 1. $19 SmartCap: Total minimum cost over 24 months $456 Inc GST; $29 SmartCap: Total minimum cost over 24 months $696 Inc GST; $49 SmartCap: Total minimum cost over 24 months $1176 Inc GST; $79 SmartCap: Total minimum cost over 24 months $1896 Inc GST; 2. Early Termination Fee applies and is equal to minimum monthly commitment x months remaining in your contract. 3. Included call types are Standard voice calls, voice mail, SMS & MMS. 13,1300 & 1800 Numbers are included as part of the call allowance for the $49 & $79 plans only.Call types not included are International calls, Video calls, CDS (WAP/DATA, FAX/GPRS), Premium SMS, OptusZoo/Multi Portal Content, International Roaming, Premium 1900, Directory Assistance, 1234 & 123YES, Diverted/Forwarded calls, Sure Page calls & SMS. 4. Minimum Monthly Cap Spend Requirements will apply to each Active and Suspended customer on a pro-rata basis. Cap Spend Requirements and Cap Limits will be calculated on a pro-rata basis using all National, Mobile SMS, WAP Data and Surepage messages, but will exclude all charges relating to: All International calls / International Roaming; Calls to Special Numbers (1900 etc); Premium SMS; Optus Zoo Services; Horizon Content. Unused Cap Spend cannot be carried over to subsequent months. 5. We reserve the right to automatically cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling in excess of 3 months consecutively. 6. All prices are quoted inclusive of GST. 7. Mobile Fair Use Policy applies 8. Customer’s usage on these plans will be capped at no greater than the specific Cap Minimum Spend each month (‘Cap Spend’) for usage up to the ‘Capped Limit’ value, subject to excluded call types. 9. Yes’ time applies between 8pm - Midnight Mon-Sun 7 days (Free 20 minute calls to Optus mobile only) Off peak mobile rates apply after 20 minute period. 10. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/International under ‘GPRS’ roaming section) Some data cards are incompatable with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of countries supported on www.optus.com.au/international. 11. Each Rate Plan includes a set amount of data per month depending on which data plan you have chosen;. Enabling you to access services on Optus Zoo, as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. If you exceed your plan’s included monthly data allowance, excess usage will be charged at $0.45 per MB (ex GST) billed in Kb increments. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads. 12. The Optus mobile network is not available everywhere. To check coverage visit www.optus.com.au/coverage. 13. Optus Coverage Disclaimer: You will require a dual band 2100/900MHz compatible device to access the Optus dual band network. Please note that not all products and services are available in all locations of the coverage area. To confirm coverage availability, you can contact our Customer Service team. When within a dual band network area, your call or data session may also access the GSM/GPRS network if your handset supports GSM/GPRS 900Mhz.. As with any network, based radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with mobile reception within coverage areas – e.g. inside concrete buildings, lift wells, basements tunnels, road cuttings. High rise buildings may also suffer degradation of service. This product has no related products.

I would like to thank KIACOM and in particular our account manager Jayson Ocampo for the opportunity they have given us to be one of their customers.
I say this as we like many businesses have been educated to believe that we are just an account number and are lucky to be one by the teleco giants .
For many years we were a number, of one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication company’s. We experience little to no service and didn’t here from our account manager unless we wanted to change our service provider.
We first met Jayson some 8 months ago when he door knocked our office asking if it would be ok if he could scrutinise our phone bill to see if he could better our service . Initially I was sceptical but after continued attempts by him to win our business I relented and gave him the opportunity.
This simple decision has reduced our Telephone bill by almost half.
This is now saving us equal to: the deposit on a investment home every year or a New car every year or a Salary for 1 full time staff member. Obviously I have one regret I didnt meet KIACOM sooner! I am happy to provide a reference to any one as I see this as the only way I can get back at the Big Telcos that ripped me off for years.
