We Started using KIACOM about 3 months ago now and we couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Making the transition from our old phone supplier to KIACOM was smoother and more effortless then we could have ever imagined.
From the initial meeting, to the change over and to the final stage we never encountered a problem nor was our business disrupted in any way. We always needed to get this number but we simply didn't have the time to arrange this ourselves with the whole auctioning process taking too much time which we just didn't have, but now thanks to KIACOM, that is also sorted and set up as we required.
More recently, we called KIACOM as we required 4 additional lines in 2 of our offices and with just 1 phone call to them, they arranged the additional lines within 5 business days. Our phone bills are now all consolidated into one bill along with our 1800 smart number which makes things a lot easier to track and record. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about changing phone providers to think no further then KIACOM as I certainly will be calling them again to set up my next office in 2 months time!
