Our straightforward home phone plans save you money with low line rental and great value calls. Nothing changes when you switch to us, everythiung stays the same, except the size of the bill.
We get excellent calls rates and because we don’t have shareholders to pay we can pass our savings on to you. You get low rates calls and capped calls that allow you to chat away.
Unlike the big phone companies where you’re just a number, to us you are a valued customer and we’ll treat you like one. It costs nothing to be friendly, our customers like it so we keep doing it.
Things you should know: 20c connection fee on National calls & 30c calls to Mobile for the (KIA LITE) Home Plan. All prices include GST. 1. A Minimum Agreement of 6 Months per service applies to all rate Plans. 2. Minimum Total Cost x 6 months per service; Lite $149.70; BIZ 50 $239.70; Xtreme $449.70. 3. Early Termination fee applies if service is cancelled or transferred to another Service Provider within a 6 Month Period. 4. Early Termination of $110 - Lite, $150 - BIZ 50 & $250 - Xtreme 5.Offer only available to customers who take up full service fixed line (including long distance and calls to mobile services). 6. All Fixed wire services are covered by the Customer Service Guarantee Standard. Please refer to our Customer Service Guarantee Policy for details on the CSG Standard. 7. Plan is available to both PSTN and IDSN fixed wire services (line rental may vary). Please refer to our Standard Form of Agreement for terms of use on fixed wire products. 8.Top ten International destinations are: Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, UK, and USA. 9. Top ten per minute rates and call caps apply only to calls terminating on a fixed line service in the international countries. Different rates apply for calls terminating on an overseas mobile service in those countries 10. Price of capped calls fixed at applicable rate until cap duration is reached after which calls revert to standard per minute rate 11.Change of billing options from e-mail to paper bill may incurr a charge. 12. Direct debit may be required. 13. Early Termination Fee may apply, calculated as your minimum monthly cost x months remaining. 14. Dishonoured direct debit payments may incur a charge. 15. Telstra 101 Service not available on the KIACOM Network. 16. Monthly Line rental Charges are exclusive of Ancillary Costs.

I would like to thank KIACOM and in particular our account manager Jayson Ocampo for the opportunity they have given us to be one of their customers.
I say this as we like many businesses have been educated to believe that we are just an account number and are lucky to be one by the teleco giants .
For many years we were a number, of one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication company’s. We experience little to no service and didn’t here from our account manager unless we wanted to change our service provider.
We first met Jayson some 8 months ago when he door knocked our office asking if it would be ok if he could scrutinise our phone bill to see if he could better our service . Initially I was sceptical but after continued attempts by him to win our business I relented and gave him the opportunity.
This simple decision has reduced our Telephone bill by almost half.
This is now saving us equal to: the deposit on a investment home every year or a New car every year or a Salary for 1 full time staff member. Obviously I have one regret I didnt meet KIACOM sooner! I am happy to provide a reference to any one as I see this as the only way I can get back at the Big Telcos that ripped me off for years.
