Your business should have just one number like it has just one website address. Never changing, portable, easy to remember, for you, your team and your customers.
Even without a PABX phone system, a 13, 1300 or 1800 number allows you to route calls according to the rules you set. Set them up according to the state the calls come from, the time of day they’re made and many more. It’s your choice.
Choose to receive calls according to your rules: To a landline during the day or maybe to a mobile at night. You promote one number and you decide how and where to receive it.
Standard Inbound Numbers: No setup fees - No minimum call spend - No transfer fees - No hidden costs. A call connection fee of 5c applies on the $5/monthly plan to all call types excluding those calls made to a local 13 or 1300 inbound service. A call connection fee of 8c applies on the $3/monthly plan to all call types excluding those calls made to a local 13 or 1300 inbound service. The $3/monthly plan offer is limited to 2 Inbound Service Numbers per customer only. The $5/monthly fee is chargeable per answer point. Premium Inbound Numbers: A call connection fee of 5c applies on the $5/monthly plan to all call types excluding those calls made to a local 13 or 1300 inbound service. A call connection fee of 8c applies on the $3/monthly plan to all call types excluding those calls made to a local 13 or 1300 inbound service. The $3/monthly plan offer is limited to 2 Inbound Service Numbers per customer only. The $5/monthly fee is chargeable per answer point. Premium Inbound Numbers incur a one off setup fee per number of $85.00 + GST payable on your first KIACOM monthly invoice. Premium 1800 Numbers are available in pairs and incur a one off setup fee of $55.00 + GST for the selection of two (2) Numbers, e.g. (1. Phone & 2. Fax). Smart Numbers: (e.g. 1300 KIACOM 524 466). Smart Numbers are also available with KIACOM. Please call our customer service team on 1300 524 466 to discuss your smart number options. 1. Minimum Commitment: Total minimum commitment over 12 months is $48 Inc GST. 2. Termination: Early Termination Fee applies and is equal to your minimum monthly commitment amount x months remaining in contract. Early Termination Fee also applies to $3 Access per month incurring a flat fee of $48. 3. Government Levy: All 6-digit 13 numbers incur a Government Levy Charge of $727.27 Ex GST per month. This is the amount payable based on the charge as at 3 April 2005, and is adjusted each year by ACMA. We will only recover from you at a rate equal to the then current Government Number Charge. 4. Portability: If you are porting your 13, 1300 or 1800 number to us, the Porting of your Service Number will be conducted in accordance with the INMS Business Rules. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you may Port your Service Number if that Service Number is declared Portable under the porting requirements administered by the applicable Regulator, and no exemption from such obligation has been granted. 5. Numbers: If the service has been cancelled and you request us to reconnect, you are not guaranteed to receive the same number. If you have acquired a number via an auction site (such as Smartnumbers), you undertake to make sure that the Australian Communications and Media Authority register correctly reflects the details of your application. If there is any discrepancy, we may not be able to provide you a service on your auction number. 6. 1st 20mins free does not apply for Local Calls to 1800 numbers. 7. Use of Service: In using the service you must comply with any rules imposed by any 3rd party whose content or services you access using the service or whose network your data traverses. 8. Premium Inbound Numbers incur a one off set up fee per number of $85.00 + GST payable of the first monthly invoice.

I would like to thank KIACOM and in particular our account manager Jayson Ocampo for the opportunity they have given us to be one of their customers.
I say this as we like many businesses have been educated to believe that we are just an account number and are lucky to be one by the teleco giants .
For many years we were a number, of one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication company’s. We experience little to no service and didn’t here from our account manager unless we wanted to change our service provider.
We first met Jayson some 8 months ago when he door knocked our office asking if it would be ok if he could scrutinise our phone bill to see if he could better our service . Initially I was sceptical but after continued attempts by him to win our business I relented and gave him the opportunity.
This simple decision has reduced our Telephone bill by almost half.
This is now saving us equal to: the deposit on a investment home every year or a New car every year or a Salary for 1 full time staff member. Obviously I have one regret I didnt meet KIACOM sooner! I am happy to provide a reference to any one as I see this as the only way I can get back at the Big Telcos that ripped me off for years.
