All prices include GST.

$5.50 per month modem repayments on the 1.5GB Plan x 24 months. All other plans come with a Free Modem.

1. Total minimum cost over 24 months $598.80 (1.5GB Plan), $718.80 (5GB Plan), $958.80 (9GB Plan), $1438.80 (12GB), $1918.80 (18GB). 2. An excess usage charge of $0.15 (Inc GST) per megabyte (MB) will take affect once the cap limit per rate plan has been reached. This will be billed in Kilobyte units (1Mb = 1024 Kb) 3. Mobile Wireless Broadband - Roamer data plans are only available on USB Modems approved by us. 4. Early Termination Fee applies and is equal to minimum monthly commitment x months remaining in your contract. 5. Data usage will be calculated as a combined total of uploads and downloads in Kilobytes (KB). For all purposes 1Megabyte (MB) = 1,024 Kilobytes (KB). Usage charges will apply when Mobile Wireless Broadband is transferring data over the Optus GSM, 3G/HSDPA or other roaming partners as advised by Optus from time to time. If you exceed your data plan monthly included usage allowance for Mobile Wireless Broadband service in any given billing period , an excess usage rate of $0.15 per MB will apply. Unused data allowance in any month cannot be rolled into subsequent months. 6. Mobile Wireless Broadband - Roamer plans may only be used for data and SMS usage. SMS usage is not included in the Capped inclusions. This offer excludes services including Optus Zoo, Voice Calls, International voice calls, Voicemail, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, International MMS, 1300, 1900 and all other services are barred from this service. 7. Software Requirements: You must have Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, of Microsoft Vista operating systems to connect to the service. Limited Macintosh OS support. 8. When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply as extra (for charges refer to www.optus.com.au/international under ‘GPRS’ roaming section) Some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. Please refer to list of countries Optus supports on www.optus.com.au/international. 9. Subject to your rights under the Trade Practices Act, we do not make any warranty regarding the software of data provided to you as it operates on your computer and interacts with your other applications. 10. Acceptable Usage Policy Applies.

I would like to thank KIACOM and in particular our account manager Jayson Ocampo for the opportunity they have given us to be one of their customers.

I say this as we like many businesses have been educated to believe that we are just an account number and are lucky to be one by the teleco giants .

For many years we were a number, of one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication company’s. We experience little to no service and didn’t here from our account manager unless we wanted to change our service provider.

We first met Jayson some 8 months ago when he door knocked our office asking if it would be ok if he could scrutinise our phone bill to see if he could better our service . Initially I was sceptical but after continued attempts by him to win our business I relented and gave him the opportunity.

This simple decision has reduced our Telephone bill by almost half.

This is now saving us equal to: the deposit on a investment home every year or a New car every year or a Salary for 1 full time staff member. Obviously I have one regret I didnt meet KIACOM sooner! I am happy to provide a reference to any one as I see this as the only way I can get back at the Big Telcos that ripped me off for years.
