We Started using KIACOM about 3 months ago now and we couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Making the transition from our old phone supplier to KIACOM was smoother and more effortless then we could have ever imagined.
From the initial meeting, to the change over and to the final stage we never encountered a problem nor was our business disrupted in any way. KIACOM also arranged and supplies us our very own 1800 smart number (1800 ZENHOMES) which was an added bonus for us. We always needed to get this number but we simply didn't have the time to arrange this ourselves with the whole auctioning process taking too much time which we just didn't have, but now thanks to KIACOM, that is also sorted and set up as we required.
More recently, we called KIACOM as we required 4 additional lines in 2 of our offices and with just 1 phone call to them, they arranged the additional lines within 5 business days. Our phone bills are now all consolidated into one bill along with our 1800 smart number which makes things a lot easier to track and record. I would like to thank KIACOM and in particular our account manager Jayson Ocampo for the opportunity they have given us to be one of their customers.
I say this as we like many businesses have been educated to believe that we are just an account number and are lucky to be one by the teleco giants .
For many years we were a number, of one of Australia’s biggest telecommunication company’s. We experience little to no service and didn’t here from our account manager unless we wanted to change our service provider.
We first met Jayson some 8 months ago when he door knocked our office asking if it would be ok if he could scrutinise our phone bill to see if he could better our service . Initially I was sceptical but after continued attempts by him to win our business I relented and gave him the opportunity.
This simple decision has reduced our Telephone bill by almost half.
This is now saving us equal to: the deposit on a investment home every year or a New car every year or a Salary for 1 full time staff member. Obviously I have one regret I didnt meet KIACOM sooner! I am happy to provide a reference to any one as I see this as the only way I can get back at the Big Telcos that ripped me off for years.

I have just opened a new business and I originally opened an
account with Telstra and Vodafone and let me just say they do
not make telephone operators like they used to. Telstra firstly
lost my connection details and I had to go through it all over
again and Vodafone call centre is now running from India and
the service is just not the same.So I was introduced to KIACOM
through an associate whom highly recommended them. Even
though my account could have been set up over the phone or
online, I still had the old fashioned visit to my office with a run
down of all my options, and let me just tell you a visual display
of their products gave me confidence and satisfaction in what

Now for the door to door service, I had a blonde moment with

An easy call to their 1300 number led me to an option menu but
the first operator I spoke to assisted me with my query without
having to transfer me to another department or put me on hold.
Unlike Telstra were I select business section and still get put
through the residential line and 5-6 people before I am in the
right department.
So one proud KIACOM customer to hopefully another stay away
from the big guys and keep it real with a close to home
telecommunications company that will offer you friendly,
reassuring and prompt service that we have been so used to in the past.
So no more Lara and no more call transfers, just good ole fashion service
from KIACOM…From one very happy satisfied customer.
